"After checking the thermostat, air handler, and the compressor it was determined that the system had 'blown out' the refrigerant. Not to worry, he located where the leak was - it was at the very bottom of the compressor unit surrounded by the coils. He cut power, removed the fan motor, and all but crawled-in to clean and repair the hole found in the copper line; he evacuated the system after a thorough purge and refilled the refrigerant when done. "Great installation Team. Professional, meticulous and very personable. They came on time and worked all day to replace my 18 year old system with a top of the line highly efficient system. "Ed returned my initial call immediately and arranged a time to come look at the room. He and his wife Amy, a team, looked at the room at the appointed time and provided me with a quote and we settled on a date for the job. They were very punctual. They extremely thorough with the prep work; removing the stubborn wall paper, filling all the nail holes, repairing the walls where necessary. They came with the right tools and used the right primer. I indicated that strong smells may cause my son headaches and they suggest the right low odor/low VOC paint and primers and even vented the room through the window with a fan they brought while they worked. The paint job is very even, there were no drips and the cut in was extremely neat (not easy on textured walls). I couldn't have been more pleased!"
