"After calling several Electrician companies, finally signed up on Angie's list (first good thing). Reached out to Tommy and was responded to very quickly. Made arrangements for him to checkout our needs within the next day or so, and scheduled the fix within a couple days of that. Installed ceiling fan, used his contacts at the store we purchased the fan from to find the remote that went with the fan we purchased a few months back (was not included in the open box we purchased...got lucky!), rewired the outlets by bedside (I was expecting one, but it made more sense to put the top plugs of 2 outlets in the switch...the smallest things can make a huge difference!), and fixed the landscape lights. He came prepared with replacement light units, but was able to clean out and fix up all but one of the existing units (and used the single replacement unit we happened to have on hand).
Charges were very reasonable and workmanship high quality. Also helped point us to reasonable solution to recessed floodlighting in the kitchen. (And Tommy, yes, the LED light works great! Planning to replace the remainder of the recessed lighting with same.)

"Casey installed the ceiling fan in my 19 foot ceiling. It had a 6 foot downrod and now the room feels much cooler. And installed another ceiling fan in the guest bedroom. He also had to run the wiring in the attic for both fans which was a very difficult attic and small space to work through. He did excellent work and I recommend him to my friends and family. "Steve and his son Jason did a spectacular job!  They were prompt, efficient, and left everything spotless. It had been a really long time since I had my home power washed, so they had to work really hard to get everything clean.  Now, I can be proud of how my home will look for all my holiday visitors!  I highly recommend them for your power washing needs!!
In addition, when Steve was providing an estimate for me for the power wash job, we talked about his painting service. My screened-in deck really need work!  Anyway, I asked about interior painting of my ceilings, and ended up hired his painting crew to paint 4 of my ceilings. The ceilings were lifted (they were majorly drooping - about 1/2 an inch in the middle) by Ed Sawyer (another Angie's List person that I highly recommend for your drywall needs) back in June, and desperately need new paint.
When my husband took down the ceiling fans to make the ceiling ready for the painters, we discovered that the boxes for our ceiling fans had cracked the drywall, plus they be lifted up from the attic to make them work. Steve's painters (Chris and Russell) fixed the boxes and patched the drywall for us. They did such a great job of both and kept our hose so clean while they worked!  They're scheduled to paint on Monday (Sep 18th), and I'm fully confident that they're work will be excellent.  I'll do another review to let you know.
