"I was cleared that I did not need the thermostat. They are the one's you can hook up to your i phones. I didn't need that. I am at home. The humidifier does not humidifier adequately in the winter. The first guy that came out I really loved. When they got the sense that I trusted them, they sent out another guy that sold me a bill of good. I am not happy with them. Stuff that they put in. It was very very expensive. All the guys that work for them are great. I loved the guys they work for. The management people that make the commissions, sold me stuff that I didn't need. It was expensive. It didn't do the job that I needed it to do. That was very good. Very good. Every time I called, they came out. Very punctual. They are not close to me. They got here. They let me know where they were. No complaints about that either. Except for that one guy that screwed me over, they were professional. I have a service contract with them, and I like the guys that work with them. Everything was cleaned. It was great."

"Excellent! His rates are affordable."

"I used them back in 2015 and was impressed with them. So I decided to use them again. I was quoted an hours worth of work. Then, when it came to the final bill, was charged for two hours worth of work, and this was with 2 men working the job. They were just replacing 3 pendant lights and 1 dining room light. So I was surprised and disappointed that it took that long. More importantly, one of the workers said something inappropriate to me. It made me feel very uncomfortable and afraid. So I called the owner to tell him what happened. He said he would speak to him. I felt like the owner could have taken me more seriously, been more sympathetic and apologetic about it. He made it sound like he was almost defending him. *** Update on this: The owner did speak with his crew member and said there was a misunderstanding of what he said and apologized for it. However, I know what I heard. Even to the end, it seemed like the owner was still defending him. Either way, I won't be using them again after my experience."

"The team was awesome. Way above expectations !! . Communicative, knowledgeable, punctual, professional , resourceful. They had all the tools, new parts, covered the work area, cleaned up after work. Very efficient, communicative, follow all safety standards. It is a high performing team. I did not have to arrange anything They got the permits, licences, insurance, contacted the county for the inspection, etc., the whole works!! And their price was CHEAPER than the discounted bulk price that "CAMP" (= Community Association Management Professionals ) my condo management's vendor quoted. I was very impressed"

"Really good company. I'm going to recommend to my family friends and coworkers"
