"Mr. Madaras was punctual, professional, honest, and polite.  Most importantly, he is licensed.
He originally came to check our overhead florescent lite bulbs that would not turn on.  As it turned out, we did not have the bulbs inserted properly on one side.  He proceeded to replace the new bulbs on the second side.  This work was done in under 15 minutes.  As a note, I was glad to have purchased these bulbs beforehand as I did not know these items are not typically carried the truck.
I asked him if he could replace a bulb on the outside of house, which I appreciated as I am not comfortable standing on a ladder. Then, I  remembered that the fan motor in the master bathroom was not running.  To our fortune, he had an extra fan motor and replaced it.
Mr. Madaras could have easily assessed a higher fee for the motor, but was extremely fair and did not overcharge.
I will indeed request his service again and highly recommend him.

"I needed as ceiling fan removed and new one installed. I spoke to April at Perez Electric and she was very helpful and scheduled the project to be completed. Daniel , the technician, first had to remove our old fan and then install the new one. He was very professional and explained the entire process. He put the fan together as I had just received the box. He also had to hook up the remote control for the fan. I would recommend this company and would use them again."
