"This was my second time using IPS for work at my home.  Freddy is my go to guy and once again he came through, bringing things to my attention that sorely needed it.  In addition to identifying several areas of my roof needing repair, he also corrected an issue with stucco covering a portion of my dryer vent which had been preventing my dryer from working at full capacity for years, something I was totally unaware of.  I could clearly tell the difference in how well my dryer dried my clothes after he chipped away the stucco blocking the dryer vent from being able to function at 100% capacity.....what a difference!
