After it was determined that the 14 year old fan was not functioning, we were provided with an estimate of the replacement and other options. We selected the one on one replacement. After a mutual date was selected, Mr. Electric of Chesterfield came in and replaced the fan. He was very careful when he carried the ladder up to the 3rd floor and also wore booties as it was raining outside. The job was completed and area left clean. We will be testing the fan over the summer and we have a one year parts and labor warranty!"
