"First off , if you are not a fan of the TV show "Shark Tank" you need to get past the name of the company. But you won't be sorry you did. It turns out that Mr. Wonderful is a guy named Paul. I called him to replace an electric meter at the suggestion of the utility company who advised that it was corroding. I also needed to replace some light switches. During his initial visit he examined the meter and the wiring from the utility to my house. He carefully explained to me exactly what steps he would take to make the repair and pointed out the details on my house to illustrate his explanation. He gave me a written estimate, (actually email) outlining both materials and labor that would likely be required. I also told him that the utility company had said that replacing the meter would solve a problem with flickering lights in part of the house .He and his assistant, Jason, returned on the agreed date promptly after confirming with me the day before. When he was done, he told me that the meter did in fact need replacing, but that he didn't feel it was the cause of the flickering lights. While we were talking, sure enough the lights did their thing again, proving his point. He quickly figured out that there were some circuit breakers that were damaged, and replaced them.- Problem solved!!! In addition to knowing his business, Paul was courteous , and professional throughout the process, and, having done some comparison shopping, I felt that the cost was fair. I would certainly hire him again."

"Oh my. What to say about dear Joe, our handyman, who works for this company., He is an absolute treasure! We used this company on and off for 3 months, doing capital expense projects like the kitchen renovation, to simply swapping out switches and installing fixtures. Joe is meticulous, and does gorgeous quality work. Steve and Bob in the office are always helpful, professional and pleasant. They come onsite to check on work if the project is large (like ours became). We will be calling them again in the fall, for Joe to come back and install ceiling fan, and other small jobs. Would highly recommend this company. We didn't work with Dan, as he was on other jobs, but he is supposed to be excellent too. The hourly rate isn't inexpensive, but the quality of the work is well worth the cost. Total cost below is for all the work done between February and end of April. Joe was here alot."

"Tony came out on Sunday, 3-5-23 to check my leaking roof. While 2 other contractors said the WHOLE back of the house needed the roofing replaced, Tony showed me how he would address the leak while keeping the rest of the roof intact. I have a wide ranch with 2 gable extentions off the back with semi flat in between. The guys pulled up the flat tar paper, put down rubber membrane, extending two feet up the pitch sides, rubber membrane and copper flashing around the chimney (which is where they said the leak was from), and re flashed and replaced the hood for my cooking range exhaust fan. The new architectural shingles match perfectly to the existing. Except for the work done, you'd never know they were even there. That's how good the cleanup was. Now I can't give full props yet because I've got to wait for the next rain, but so far I'm very impressed. - Shawn D. Hauppauge, NY"
