"Good work and communication for a much needed fan replacement, happy with the results."

"Jorge does a good job and does his best to sick to the schedule."

"Excellent! Thorough, thoughtful, collaborative and on-time. Replaced an existing dining chandelier and installed a new fan in the living room."

"Outstanding. Really appreciate the communication and attention to detail. Highly recommend!"

"I contacted dozens of contractors and electricians about replacing the ceiling fan on my 20 ft tall ceiling. Some gave me expensive quotes for $2-3K and didn't have the equipment to do the job. Some showed up with ladders not tall enough to even touch to fan. Jack came out to look at the job, explained why he planned to do it with scaffolding and went above and beyond to recruit a painter to help path a ceiling crack while he is doing the fan. The crew was professional and efficient. They know what they were doing. If you have a tricky job like ours, you can't go wrong with Jack."

"Daniel is awesome to work with very professional, great personality and excellent at his craft! I highly recommend him for an electrical need you have. I will definitely be using him in the near future!"

"Danny was awesome! Our 25 ft entrance desperately needed a new light fixture and he managed to replace it by himself, which was impressive. He also added a dimmer switch for us, and replaced 2 other fixtures/ ceiling fans, all in under 4 hours. Quality work done fast with excellent communication: 5 stars all around. Highly recommend."

"Robert and his crew were fantastic! They were professional and efficient and I’m very satisfied with the work completed. I got many estimates from different companies and Robert of Overall Builders was by far the most competitive! What I love most about Robert is that he’s a genuinely nice guy and will do his best to get you what you want in a price that you can afford! That being said, I will only be hiring Overall Builders for future projects!"
