Justin came out to do the estimate work and explained all of the options that I had. He was very professional and treated my home as his own. Justin and his team (Kurt, Devin, Zeb & John Jr) worked diligently to ensure the entire project was completed on time. The team treated the house with respect and would ensure that I was satisfied with everything before leaving. Some highlights of the teams performance are below -Covered all furniture with tarps to ensure they would not get dirty -Wore boot covers to protect my floors (wood and carpet) from getting dirty -Vacuumed and swept the areas that they worked -Informed me well in advance to any power outages that I would have during the project time -Worked outside in a blizzard to complete the job before the time limit -Shoveled my walkway when it snowed while I was at work -Gave recommendations on what I could do in the home (Adding outlets for wall mounted tvs, adding lights above the shower that was previously dark, installing ceiling fans) which were all included in the budget. - Took the time to answer any of my electrical questions and they were more then happy to show me what they were doing. Once again, I cannot express how happy I am with the team that worked in my home. I will definitely use them for any future projects I have in my home and would recommend them to anyone looking for work."

"Had issues with them punching hole in my hvac stack, that is causing carbon monoxide to get into my house. They taped up the vent but that is not a safe repair. Now I have the additional expense of replacing the vent to the roof because they couldn't vent my bathroom exhaust fan after they installed it. They crack/chiped my enamel in my tub and dropped a tool in the toilet that broke the bowl more repairs for me = more money. The extra damages done made it very frustrating and expensive to leave me to repair your mess and take the price of my bill not cool."

They had cloths on my floors, as they were in and out of my crawl space. They even left to get a particular component, specific for my install. No damage to home. There was no laughing or joking around. They were concentrated on install, measuring, calculating out loud between the three of them. No cussing or profanity, either. Julian was professional and explained everything to me, including why manual was left on unit, so when inspector came, it was there, as it couldn't be signed off without it. Thermostat looks great! He also knew a lot about furnaces, which is my next thing. *Beware of companies won't give you prices on ANYTHING and/or charge you estimate to come to your house... Another reason I picked PEAK HOME was their receptionists! Sweetest, most understanding ladies! If you need to install A/C, go with this company - definitely recommend!"
