"Mitch was early and did a wonderful job installing my ceiling fan. I would definitely call him again. Thanks."

"Ended up installing a totally different electric panel than the original (two small ones on top of each other -very “bulky”- Overall good company."

"We are so happy with Instinct Electric services. We remodeled a 1500 sq ft commercial space and were pleased with their expertise from disconnecting 15 older troffer lights, to choosing the right newer more modern lights and location, and finally installing all. We had a total of 30 lights including 13 recessed, 3 pendant, and 14 track lights."

"They were punctual, very responsive to our needs, willing to help us figure out our problem with the ceiling fan, and determined to fix it."

"Super polite, efficient, and knowledgeable staff. My first phone contact was with Melanie, who perfectly explained the possibilities for cooling my home with a whole house fan. The second contact was with Randy, who thoroughly surveyed my home and attic and gave me a fair quote with options and NO upsell. My third contact was with Jessie, who installed my whole house fan efficiently and without mess or fuss. He explained the process of use to me, and could not have been nicer or more helpful. I 100% recommend Solatube because their people are caring professionals who know their work!"

"Marco is amazing. Installed my sink and was kind, thorough and I would hire him again."

"Tony and his team were awesome! Excellent work, highly professional, great with details. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future for bathroom renovation."

"Excellent, excellent, excellent! First and foremost, I had an idea of what I wanted done, but needed professional advice and suggestions for additional options. Felipe covered all of that! He was patient with me, listened and understood what I wanted, provided me pictures and online site references where I was able to further finalize on my concept for the trims. Nevertheless, I was still nervous as to how it would all look so I asked him to start the project with one window. He was very accommodating to do this; I know it might seem obvious to do, but another contractor refused to do this and had told me that he needed to order all the materials for all the doors and windows at once! How crazy! Needless to say, after that one-window sample, we did some fine-tuning to the concept to come a final design with which I was completely and truly happy. Felipe is extremely courteous and responsive. From the initial contact to the end of the project, communication was never an issue. I value this tremendously; for example, things happen in everyone's lives and if there's a change in schedule for whatever reason, he let me know. Bottom line is that he keeps you updated and you will not have any surprises. Except the good ones. :) Again, with his experience, he was able to suggest and add some extras into my concept that I hadn't thought about whatsoever. It was simple, yet very impactful to the end result; however, Felipe did not let it affect the contract. Fan-tas-tic! Felipe and his crew are extremely professional and courteous. The job finished one week sooner than I thought it would; even my neighbor commented on the efficiency and speed of the crew. And, Felipe joked to me about it, but, yes, his crew speaks English so there also no communication issues when communicating to the team. Without a doubt I clearly recommend him and I will definitely be using him for my upcoming interior projects."

"Terrific!! Derek can build anything. He's very professional and nice. He built a ramp to the second floor for my dog (that other contractors said couldn't be done!) . He's brilliant!!! He also installed the AC and mounted the giant TV on the wall. I highly recommend him."
