"I hired Dan to upgrade the electrical wiring of my son's recently purchased 1940's era house. His estimate of the work to be done was detailed and pricing for every line item was given. The house had knob and tube wiring in the attic, basement and walls. He removed that wiring and replaced the necessary circuits and switches. He also added wall plugs in 3 rooms, 3 wall switches to control overhead lights, added a bathroom fan, light, wall switch and vented it through the outside wall. He added two outside plugs, a 220V dryer outlet, and a generator panel with external plug. His workmanship was excellent and he did a very good job of cleaning after the work was done. He estimated the work would take two days, and he finished in the two days. His punctuality getting to the house was excellent and he answered all questions I had very thoroughly. He had identified a couple possible additional circuits and consulted with me before starting the work so I knew the cost. I was very satisfied with his professionalism, work and ability to talk about any issues that arose. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great electrician and will certainly hire him again! Great job, Dan! Thanks again!"

"Daniel and team was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I had a smart switch issue with multiple poles and they were able to solve the problem and make the right connections. Additionally, they identified a faulty breaker and replaced easily. Any other services they recommended as part of the whole house safety assessment, they did not push for anything and was very clear on the optionality and overall value if I wanted to pursue. I ended up electing a whole house surge protector as it was something I was considering and their service made it an easy decision to move forward with it. Overall, I had done a great deal of research and very glad I went with Cotti-Johnson."

"Jarren came over super quick after my impulsive buy of an electric car to install a charger at my house! Got it all put up and wires run nice and clean! Great work and would recommend for electrical work!"

"Bob is a consummate professional with high work standards, great ideas, and tons of experience with just about any kind of build or repair job. He gets the job done right, and explains each step of the way- along with his reasoning and price options. He’s not the cheapest handyman, but you’ll find you are quite happy to pay slightly higher prices because you understand that he is dedicated to a quality project outcome, no matter the size of the job. We’ve had Bob help us with installing insulated ductwork through our attic to outside from 2 bathroom exhaust fans, install a sliding shower door, and install an attic exhaust vent through a side wall, and repair extensive rot on 3 bedroom window sills and connected rot repair under exterior wood siding. We are hiring him again!"

"We originally spoke with Tyler regarding what we were looking for. He communicated clearly and in a timely manner. The work job consisted of numerous ceiling lights, ceiling fans installed. Recessed lighting, updated. New outlets added. A large screen TV hung on the wall. Tyler was very professional and courteous throughout the work being completed. The work area was maintained and kept clean after each job was completed. Tyler performed quality work. We will definitely be reaching out again for any electrical work in the future."
