"When Sparky's came here, they (and we) believed that the reason our elderly attic fan was turning on and off constantly was due to a faulty thermostat. They replaced the thermostat; but once the attic heated up, the fan still turned on and off in the same way. I called Sparky's , and they came right back. Jeff (aka Sparky) noticed that the fan motor was very hot and determined that it needed to be replaced. "Rita at Golden Maid was wonderful to work with.  I needed help cleaning my home in preparation for my daughter's wedding that next weekend.  I wanted to take advantage of their Big Deal, but wanted to make sure they could do it in my time frame.  Rita assured me they could come out that Wednesday morning, so I bought the deal. 
On Wednesday, 4 young women arrived, armed with their supplies and ready to work.  Very high energy!!  I stayed out of their way by cutting the grass!  Rita also arrived to go over details of what was to be cleaned.  Before I knew it, they had finished all the areas to be cleaned:  bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, bath and a half, basement stairs, floors.  They cleaned glass cabinet doors, windows, outside door, fans.  All the chrome was shinier than ever, and my kitchen sink hasn't looked this good since it was new!!  They worked carefully and provided high attention to detail.  I have to admit, my curiosity got the better of me and I did a finger check for dust around the house, and they passed every check!!!
Before selecting Golden Maid, I read the reviews, and I think some people are misunderstanding the 6 hours of cleaning.  We had four young women here for an hour and a half.  That adds up to 6 "woman" hours of cleaning.  Or it could be 2 people for 3 hours, or 3 people for 2 hours.  It does not mean whoever shows up will be there for 6 hours, unless of course, it's only one person.
I am so pleased with the results!!  I would absolutey call Rita again if I need help in the future!
