On air conditioning, I had 4 other companies come out to look at my unit that was running constantly and not cooling well. They charged me for wrong issues and didn’t fix it. The installer did not arrive with all the materials needed to complete the job. It took over a week to get all the work completed on the Fuse Panel. There were scheduling issues between the office and the installer. I believe this company is experiencing growing pains. They know the electrical work but haven't worked out the organization yet.
