He scheduled his time so he could maximize his work (going to other tasks on the list while we purchased some supplies). 
--He was able to remove and replace a cartridge for the Moen kitchen faucet (lesser men would have given up because it was so stuck in there).  
--He installed the ceiling fan in the great room where there was just a light fixture before there and he did it so neatly that there aren't any marks on the ceiling.  He did a beautiful job.  Everything looks and works great.  He put bracing in the attic so the fan is solidly in there.  He also installed the light kit and the remote which was a very tight fit.  He added a very handy way to keep the remote control available by mounting it to the wall over the light switch.  
--He Installed two grab bars each in the top bathrooms.  He burned out his drill bits with the hard tile in one of the bathrooms so he quickly got other bits to complete the job.  The grab bars look so professionally done and are so nicely centered and securely fastened and should be helpful for safety. 
--He mounted some  fascia brick on the front of the house - looks very nice and original to the rest.
--He put caulking in the driveway crack so it should prevent further cracking and it was so neat it just blends in.  
He works hard and is very skilled.  He really earns the top ratings.  We would definitely hire him again.
