"While, Luis' estimate was higher than my other 2 quotes, I went with LAD Electric because he called me on the day he was coming to give me an estimate because he was running a little late. He also went into detail on his estimate stating exactly what he was going to do. One other quote just stated, ..."Upgrade electrical service" and put an amount, and he also didn't come at scheduled appointment and I had to call him after waiting all day to ask if and when he was still planning to come. My only complaint would be that a mess was left behind for us to clean.
