The repair required mounting our difficult, steep roof more than once and also reaching the skylight from inside the house from a landing on the second floor. That required some ingenuity! Through it all, he explained what he was doing at every step, He is agile, thorough, and clever. Despite the unexpected difficulty in the job, there was no effort to change the price we had agreed upon. The whole experience was satisfying and actually exciting.
