"Stephen replaced the exhaust fan in our bathroom that was a bit of a project - it really was a two person job, but being alone he had to go back and forth a few times stretching out the time used, but he completed the install more than satisfactorily, and then put an indoor outlet in for us...we also wanted an outdoor outlet installed but since the exhaust fan took so long Stephen had used the time he had allotted and had to leave, but we are certain he will come back soon to finish up..."

"After years of watching the nasty problem worsen in the shower, and unable to adequately take care of it myself, I called Allen based on the good reports from Angie's List. My call was returned within hours, and an appointment was made for Allen to come over and make a diagnosis and prognosis. He showed up precisely on time, and spent quite a bit of time both examining the shower and explaining to me why the problem existed, what needed to be done, and just as important, what did not need to be done. I made arrangements with Allen to perform my shower surgery the next day. He said it would likely take about 4 hours. Allen showed up the next day, again right on time. He went about his business, periodically updating me with his progress, having me check out the work so he could explain exactly what he was doing at the time. When he finished, he spent considerable time explaining to me what I would need to do to assure that the finished product remained as pristine as he had made it. Instead of trying to add a charge to come back out and seal the work after the grout and caulk had dried adequately, Allen determined to his satisfaction that I would be able to do the sealing work myself, provided a bottle of the sealer he thought was best, and went over the application instructions with me in detail. He also explained how to prevent the problem from occurring again, recommending a specific shower head to better wash down the soapy walls after showering, and a specific vertical fan to help dry out the shower area, which is located in a basement. I am totally happy with the results. The shower looks new again. Allen showed up on time, did the work as promised, did not try to add any extra charges to the bill, and left the area spotless when done. He was extremely easy to deal with, answering all my questions in an understandable way. I will have no hesitation using him again, or recommending him to any of my friends, relatives or neighbors."
