They have made a huge difference and it's nice to have natural light in these windowless areas during the day. We have had them for several months without any issues. A person come to our house for the quote and then we went to the showroom to see different options to make sure we knew what we wanted - they have several options actually in use at their showroom space so it was very helpful. "in the beginning i got 3 quotes, his was the highest but I like him because i felt he is more knowledgeable and personable. He came the next day after we had an agreement. the work was good except that when he laid the landscape wire in my yard I asked him to run it next to my retaining wall to better hide it. However, that was not done. He completed 95% of the work and told me he would come back and complete the work. A week later he finally completed the project. M&M basically does great work."
