"Excellent tech, work, and warranty! I am a huge fan!"

"Rick and his assistant were tasked with removing wallpaper from a bathroom and a larger den.  The den's wallpaper came off easily but there were traces of stubborn glue that needed extra work.  Also, the base boards had separated some from the wall and those needed extra color-matching caulk which Rick purchased and applied.  The ceiling's crown molding also required additional caulking, at no additional cost to me.
The den ceiling had an  ugly water stain on about three square feet which Rick refinished with plaster and repainted along with the entire ceiling.  His crew volunteered to clean a ceiling fan and light fixture - at no additional charge.
Because  the lower bath wallpaper proved to be a difficult job to remove and required steam and extra scraping  the job had to stop for a day to allow the walls to dry before painting could resume.
At no time did Rick ask for any additional payment, but I felt obligated to add $50 to the original price because of all the extra effort needed to complete the detailing described above.  Rick even added an additional worker to insure the job was completed in time for me to entertain guests the next day.
After all the estimated work was done Rick noticed an area of my lower level ceiling that had been touched up (by me) that was not matching the rest of the ceiling. He repainted a section of ceiling- at no charge- before leaving my home.
Yes, I'd say Rick and his guys (all who were pleasant friendly people by the way) did an outstanding job- and I'd recommend them
to anyone who needs quality work at very reasonable prices."

"The first time Ryan came, he had removed the chandelier and was putting the new one together when he found a defect or damage due to shipment on the new one.  It was something that could not be fixed.  So he put the old one back up and advised me to call when the replacement arrived.
Ryan called me to see if the new light had arrived and since it did we scheduled another appointment and he arrived on time and checked the new light and proceeded to install the new chandelier which went without a hitch.  Then he installed the new ceiling fan in the entranceway and again it swiftly went without a hitch.
I was absolutely thrilled with the work Ryan did and he is down to earth, personable, and swift worker.  I could not be happier and wish I had not purchased another special deal from another guy because I have more work to do and Ryan is faster and better priced.  So anyway you can't go wrong with hiring Ryan.  He is honest and reliable and will not putz around to use up your time.  I purchased the 3 hour $79 special deal and he did got it all done in that time frame, so no extra charges. Yay!!!
