I do feel that three Contractors working at the same time should have been able to install two ceiling fans, install one outlet, and switch a light when all are existing fixtures. Radon Removal, Inc was notified and a family emergency kept us out of town until November 2nd. A series of four additional e-mails or voice mails occurred during the following month. Finally the repair was scheduled. Two installers showed up and were done in less than ten minutes. We appreciate that this business is really busy, we have run a three day test and the radon levels are safe now. however. We do feel that they did not respond in a timely way to the very simple problems that they caused during the installation."
