"I couldn't be happier with the service. I had hired this company back in 2014 so I realized that I was already aware of their superior service from an old review I had written. I spoke to Efrain. He was so friendly and adaptable to my schedule. I think I changed my date 3 times. This was during the Covid-19 erratic schedule changes with my job. He was incredible and very easy to work with on the changes. He came out on May 09 a Saturday. He said he would be there between 8-10am. He wasn't joking. He was at my home at 8:15am. He started working immediately and knew exactly what to do without any hesitation. It was obvious that he enjoys his job and is proficient with ceiling fans. He had the whole job done in about an hour with conversation. It's like our conversation didn't slow him down one bit. He has done this so much that he just was on auto robot mode but yet able to hold a conversation at the same time. Now, that is the indication of incredible customer service and someone who "without a doubt" knows his job. I would and will hire him again. He is incredible. Again, I couldn't be happier. "Wow - was extremely impressed w/ Taylor Quality Services! A spilt drink left several of my kitchen outlets inoperable on the afternoon of 3/13. I called TQS, and they were able to come out the morning of the next day (3/14). I was very appreciative of them arranging to come out so soon! The two gentlemen who arrived were very professional and prompt. They quickly diagnosed the Failed GFCI, and replaced in a very timely manner. The price was very fair. I will absolutely utilize TQS again, and recommend them unconditionally."

"James came out and did an energy audit on the house. He was pleased with what I had already done but suggested radiant barrier and the solar fans as good additions to the whole picture. After discussing it I also added the access ladder to the attic. It had an opening but no ladder and I wanted it for easier access.
Carl scheduled it and came with the crew who installed the radiant barrier and the insulation. Carl stayed and replaced sheetrock and they prepared it for painting. Came back the next day and finished the job by adding the two solar fans after sanding the putting on more mud on the sheetrock repairs. Once it dried he painted it. He came at 2 on the second day and did not leave until he finished at 5. I hope he made it to his child's program which was at 7.  He did a very good job. I really appreciate the work James, Carl and Brooke did to keep the job on track. 
Brooke made sure communication was good between all everyone and the job went smoothly.

"We called Rodgers Electric for trouble/service call; our A/C units were tripping the circuit breakers. They worked us into the schedule the day we called, since it was during the summer heat and my wife was 6 months pregnant. Keith came to assess the problem and discover the A/C breakers had burned through the fuse and burned buss bar on the panel box. Keith gave an estimate for a new panel box and breakers. The next day after working us into their Friday schedule (so we would A/C for the weekend), Ken (the father) came out to install the new panel box. Rodgers Electric was very accommodating and we plan to use them again."
