"The owner Fabio, offered me an alternative to my original request I thought I needed to replace my 200' 38 year old steel fence. He walked me step by step of what he proposed and what he could provide in his bid. He provided a bid that included pictures of his walk thru of the rusted out fence from one end to another. He provided me a preliminary bid for my inspection and returned to my home to walk me through the process. Then he spray painted the areas that were to be replaced. Then he provided me the final contract that I gladly signed. He scheduled the work and completed the entire job as he contracted for in that time frame. I had other Contractors working on my home at this time and they commented on the professional welding they were providing. They were Professional and Polite during every visit. I am a retired Contractor in San Diego for 41 years in good standing and the Customer Service Fabio provided was 1ST class. He has very high standards and will not compromise in his workmanship or materials. Most Contractors are Salesman and seeking to sell you often something you do not need, Fabio offered me an alternative that only a honest true Tradesman with pride in his work would offer and complete. "Steve and his crew are the nicest guys and did an outstanding job in building a new fence for our backyard. "Job started on a Friday and extended into Monday due to difficulty of digging fence posts in rocky terrain. In addition, the gate ordered for the front was the wrong color. Later in the day, a new gate was fabricated and delivered but it was the wrong size. Unfortunately the job was not completed until Monday which meant we had no gate to secure our property over the weekend. Our job supervisor and his entire team were kind and professional. Would recommend even though there were some disappointing issues. No contractor is perfect every day."

"Replaced existing wooden privacy fences.  One section was approx. 9 feet on one side of my home and the other section measured approx. 43 feet that separates my property from my neighbors.  Received 5 estimates and HD Fence's quote came in about mid-range of all of them.  Went with HD Fence, because Joan and Allen are great people to work with.  Joan was very prompt and courteous when she returned my call.  She was able to pull my old estimate even though 8 months had passed. 
Allen is very knowledgeable and he even comes out and does a portion of the work, which is a plus to know that the owner not only oversees the work, but he's not afraid to get his hands dirty. 
One other note - Joan and Allen both were able to ease my neighbors concerns and answer all his questions with the section of fence that separates our properties. Because I live in an HOA community, the fence had to meet certain requirements.
Only bummer was that they do not offer painting services for the fence.  Not a big deal because most of the other companies I spoke with DO NOT offer painting services as well.
