Upon an inspection of our fireplace they found a piece of insulation shoved up into the flue. If they hadn’t found it and we had started the fireplace we would’ve had a major fire. The work was beautiful, they executed quickly, the individuals who came out each day to do the work were polite, hard-working, and cleaned up after themselves. We ended up needing them to create window wells, add a lattice work barrier between our carport and the back yard, and to close up an existing firepit in the yard and fill hole in. They showed great flexibility in doing these additional projects. Finally, while doing the paver, they realized they would have to fill an egress near our back door - they barely skipped a beat. Friebel had someone on his team with work in pouring concrete and handled easily. I again appreciated their flexibility and I was impressed by their professionalism.
