"Where do I begin...I cannot thank Mr. Thomas enough for what I feel was and continues to be white glove service that he extended to me as I began my wood stove installation project. I would say that I went into buyers remorse mode at least twice after I approved the estimate that he provided. He PATIENTLY addressed all of my questions and allayed all of my concerns as I HAD to go through my decision-making process for what was a big-ticket purchase for me. His professionalism and his excellent communication style were of paramount importance to my overall comfort to move forward with the project.
