"I don't think I can express how wonderful the service was all around, and how grateful I am for it!  It was the weekend before Christmas, and our fireplace starts smoking to the point we can't use it.  I called around to find a sweep ASAP, but the earliest we could get was January 8th!  Then I found A&T.  They are, what I would consider, in the neighborhood, as opposed to most of the other companies who were in Montgomery County.  And they were extremely neighborly.  I called after hours, and someone picked up.  They were able to accommodate me on my schedule (because a lot of the work they do is in my area, they are spending their time sweeping not driving!), and the sweep was done the first business day after I called.  The sweeper called ahead and was very professional.  I used the Big Deal, too.  The fireplace is working great and we were able to use it over the holidays.  I will be using A&T again for any future services, and I highly recommend them.

"The contractor promptly responded and was available next day. They arrived punctually and conducted the service within estimated time. They took care of cleanliness of the space in front of fireplace during the work, performed detailed inspection and sweep of the chimney, answered all my questions about the functionality of fireplace and chimney, and they provided a reasonable estimate of additional work that could be done. Highly professional and comfortable communication. Would definitely recommend and hire again."

"Before using our Fireplace, I bought a deal for a $99 Chimney inspection and cleaning. Apparently our chimney didn't need to be cleaned, but the Tech who came out did a rather thorough inspection. He let us know that the cap on our chimney needs to be replaced as water is getting into the brick and causing it to separate. He took photos while he was up there to show me which is a first and a great use of technology.

"Alexander gave me my dream kitchen!!! I had heard horror stories about contractors before we started remodeling but working with Alexander was not only a great experience, but we could not be happier with the results! He was extremely responsive from day 1 til the last day and always picks up his phone no matter when you call him. From our first meeting, he worked with OUR budget and tried to find us ways to save money, even suggesting that we re-use our current granite! I insisted on getting new granite and of course he was happy to help us with that, sending us to a great slab yard where we picked out the perfect piece of granite. The cabinets he recommended are real wood and excellent quality (soft close drawers and everything!) and ended up costing less than what another contractor was charging us for IKEA cabinets! Not to mention that Alexander did all the design work for us and all we had to was tweak based on our preferences. He was very flexible throughout the process and let us pick out the hardware and accessories and changed the kitchen design so I could have my farmhouse apron sink! He also worked within our very tight deadline and was more worried about keeping on schedule (and about protecting our new hardwood!) than we were. :) He is a great contractor to work with and truly cares about his customers and the end results. We are extremely pleased!!!"
