"I don't think I can express how wonderful the service was all around, and how grateful I am for it!  It was the weekend before Christmas, and our fireplace starts smoking to the point we can't use it.  I called around to find a sweep ASAP, but the earliest we could get was January 8th!  Then I found A&T.  They are, what I would consider, in the neighborhood, as opposed to most of the other companies who were in Montgomery County.  And they were extremely neighborly.  I called after hours, and someone picked up.  They were able to accommodate me on my schedule (because a lot of the work they do is in my area, they are spending their time sweeping not driving!), and the sweep was done the first business day after I called.  The sweeper called ahead and was very professional.  I used the Big Deal, too.  The fireplace is working great and we were able to use it over the holidays.  I will be using A&T again for any future services, and I highly recommend them.

He told us what we need to buy and what to watch for (a piece of glass in our fireplace door is falling out) and he showed us lots of things (like how to close the floo and such. He is also a firefighter and answered my questions about our fire alarm and things. He did a great job and was patient.
