"Jimmy and his team did a fantastic job on our flat roof replacement and repair. He responded to my initial Home Advisor request very quickly, did a walkthrough within a couple days, and presented various repair options at different price-points. We hired him, and he and his team finished the job in just 1 day, which included replacing half of the roof entirely (down to the plywood), sealing and painting the other half, and replacing gutters! After Jimmy was finished, he asked us to take a look and make sure it was perfect. Only when it was perfect did we have to pay him (no deposit!). During our walk through, I noticed roof paint was dripping down the newly replaced white flashing around the perimeter of the housed. Jimmy sent his team out immediately to fix it. "Gothic completed multi-faceted work including removal of chimney, replace framing and roofing along with building a new gas fireplace bump out where the old chimney was. After removal and disposal of the old brick and block chimney Gothic replaced water damaged structural members, replaced sheathing on both the wall and roof and framed and sheathed a new gas fireplace insert bump out. Gothic resided the new bump out matching the old vinyl siding perfectly, installed asphalt shingles on the repaired roof section, again matching the old work perfectly. All work was permitted and passed inspection with no issues, and they removed all the construction debris and cleaned the area such that I had no cleanup to do. I will be hiring them again for future work."

"UPMOST INTEGRITY AND HONESTY and they will not scam you with overpricing and/or deceitfulness! How can I say this? Because Dino was the third contractor that came to my house to do a roof repair estimate. The first contractor came by and gave me a price ($900)and then wouldn t honor the $150 discount they had on their website and never called me back AFTER I inquired about their coupon. The second contractor came by and said that part of the wood frame was water damaged and gave me a price above $1500! Then Dino came by and communicated in detail what the issues was and how his team will fix it. When I asked about the wood several times, Dino inquired as to why I was concerned about the wood. When I told him what the prior contractor said, Dino communicated that the wood was absolutely good! And was very disappointment and sympathetic with the experience I had. (Being that it was a roof repair. I could not visually see for myself what needed to be fixed). AND his price was below $400!. His team members Carlos and Eddie came out and did and wonderful job! I am thankful and grateful that I was guided to Intact. I would not have known that I was being taken advantage of by the prior contractors.( and yes I will be writing a review for those two prior contractors) So I encourage you all, before you confirm a job with another contractor, give Intact General Contracting a call.
