"Excellent work from start to finish. My father was a mason, so I know great work when I see it. First, they brought in a tear-down team to remove the chimney down to the first-floor roof level of our two-story house. After which, they rebuilt the chimney to original height installing approximately 900 new bricks using a new Type N mortar. They installed a new 5" thick concrete crown with a 2" drip edge and an expansion joint. They replaced all accessible sections of fireplace clay flue tile extending 4" - 6" above the concrete crown. Installed new stainless steel chimney cap. Installed 2 sets of new step and counter flashing. Installed 2 sets of new ice water shields and shingles as needed. Cleaned and weather sealed chimney entirely upon completion. After the chimney rebuild was done, the Mason, Seth, and his crew cleaned the work site, to include the whole driveway. They are a very efficient and thorough team. I understand that they like to leave the customer's house and yard as clean or better than they find it."

"We are so pleased with our experience with Rob and his team! We had reached out to nearly 25 companies to get quotes for our patio project. Serene Aqua Landscaping was one of only two companies that returned our phone calls. Our project was unique in that we live at a condo, so you have to get a drawing and scope of work submitted to our condo association for approval. Serene Aqua Landscaping was the only one to send us the required drawing, so they really stood out to me from the start. Rob has been a great communicator throughout the process and timely responded to my multiple emails before, during, and after project completion. His team of guys are hard-working, respectful, and meticulous to details. It is not easy working at a condo, but the guys were always mindful of the other residents and cleaned up their work space every evening. We have gotten so many positive comments about patio from the condo association and other residents. We love our patio and use it every day! "Nice, polite, prompt, and clean-cut when they showed up. They did a good job of cleaning and inspecting. They were able to show the video of the entire inside of the chimney. Unfortunately for me, the prior owners wrecked beyond my budget to repair. I would have hired them to fix even though we do not typically use the fireplace except for special occasions. I really appreciated that they did not push hard to upsell their services."
