Brick work looks great, Roofers told us the leaks and water we saw on our attic ceiling was caused by the missing and loose mortar on the chimney. Fixed & Fair explained what was needed and why, written contract signed they came back on schedule, we also had our chimney liner replaced which had been recommended by roofer as well. "Jimmy and his team did a fantastic job on our flat roof replacement and repair. He responded to my initial Home Advisor request very quickly, did a walkthrough within a couple days, and presented various repair options at different price-points. We hired him, and he and his team finished the job in just 1 day, which included replacing half of the roof entirely (down to the plywood), sealing and painting the other half, and replacing gutters! After Jimmy was finished, he asked us to take a look and make sure it was perfect. Only when it was perfect did we have to pay him (no deposit!). During our walk through, I noticed roof paint was dripping down the newly replaced white flashing around the perimeter of the housed. Jimmy sent his team out immediately to fix it. "Gothic completed multi-faceted work including removal of chimney, replace framing and roofing along with building a new gas fireplace bump out where the old chimney was. After removal and disposal of the old brick and block chimney Gothic replaced water damaged structural members, replaced sheathing on both the wall and roof and framed and sheathed a new gas fireplace insert bump out. Gothic resided the new bump out matching the old vinyl siding perfectly, installed asphalt shingles on the repaired roof section, again matching the old work perfectly. All work was permitted and passed inspection with no issues, and they removed all the construction debris and cleaned the area such that I had no cleanup to do. I will be hiring them again for future work."

Priority One was very responsive and patiently answered all my questions as a 1st time homeowner about replacing a horribly rusty chimney chase cover. New stainless steel chase cover was ready and they came on a Saturday morning to replace it. Good quality, professionalism and exceptional customer service. Priority One even addressed and requests during installation (they added wood board to secure new cover that was too big from measurements of old makeshift cover, refreshed existing chimney cap with rust-proof silver paint, removed rust from existing chimney flue) without complaining or additional charge.
