Excellent public relation skills. They instill confidence. Their knowledge and suggestions on wood stove operation were top notch! have a 20 year old Vermont Castings stove that came with the house when we moved in 6 years ago. Their detailed explanation on how the stove works and the most efficient way to load and burn wood was invaluable. In my 35+ years of home ownership, I have vary rarely experienced service personnel who were as friendly and helpful as Mark and Kyle... that is the truth! They are THE wood stove experts.
