I was told by another fireplace company in Boise that I couldn't install a new wood stove, it wasn't possible to replace my existing wood stove (pretty sure they didn't want to do the work and just sell me a pellet stove). Richie made it happen. I got a new stove and new liner and for a reasonable price. It was probably more work than he realized, but he was gracious and polite and professional. He made happen what SEVEN other companies said they would not or could not do. Thank you so much!
