"I was impressed, and pleased by the professionalism of the men who came to repair our pellet stove. The stove was old , and we ended up buying a new one. It was made simple by Chris. Within a short amount time he found the stove we wanted , set up a payment plan. Chris went beyond and above to help us. "The whole experience from beginning to end was pleasant, including them having to come back because they did not have the proper chimney liner on hand. They set up chimney caps on my main chimney and wood burning stove, as well as a new chimney liner in the main chimney.
