He was patient as we re-scheduled a couple of times due to financial issues, but when the day came he showed up bright and early and did quality work. He and John were very friendly, they are very knowledgeable about their craft, and Jim even replaced the cap on our chimney at no extra charge when he saw it was the cause of water infiltration at the top. If we need further masonry done down the road we will definitely call Michener again, but according to Jim the chimney work at least should outlive him."

It looks amazing! Clark kept us updated regularly on status and what going on throughout the project, which was refreshing after working with other contractors. We also had them repair the chimney stack and cap as we had found some issues with those and they did a great job on that as well."

"I hired for chimney sweep & inspection of my wood burning fireplace. Trevor was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable. My chimney didnâ  t need to be swept, which was an honest response. With his camera & drone he was able to identify cracks inside the chimney & on top. He showed them to me on the iPad, as they were identified He sent the pictures to my email, and encouraged contacting my insurance company for an estimate. Overall, the inspection was a great experience. We have not proceeded yet with repair, but have no reservations about proceeding with this company."
