"John took the time to check the co levels in my home and the effect the stove vent fan had on my fireplace. What he failed to do was show me when the gas heater was turned off in the sun room how the heater would act. ALso why the heater kept turning it self off, I finally read the book and it says it shut down based on oxygen level in the room. there were 3 of us and 2 dogs in this space so that must have been the problem. the next day I ran the heater with the dining room door open and it did not shut on and off. "Needed someone to come and look at our gas fireplace. Itâ s never been maintained and I could always feel cold or warm air coming into our living room. Pat the field service tech was GREAT! He took the time to explain how the fireplace worked, what the different parts were for, how to clean and what not to use on the fireplace. Apparently my fireplace is supposed to have the air flow, who knew? Pat took the time to clean the glass and paint the inside, adjusted the logs inside. It literally looks like a new fireplace. I would highly recommend this company and Pat."

"Dan and Larry were great to work with.  Not only were they very skilled at tile work, they provided great advice to give us a classic but unique look in our Master Bath.  
When they did the demolition in the Master Shower, because the existing walls had been framed around a pre-fab shower base, they found we had an extra foot of space to enlarge the shower.  They were very reasonable pricing the change and new framing of the shower.  
Since we were using travertine, as with most natural stone, the tiles were not exactly of the same thickness.  They were patient and meticulous in their work and every tile looks perfect.
We are ecstatic with the way it turned out, and I would hire them again without hesitation.
