"Great service! The problem only ended being a clogged pilot but he cleaned it quickly and was nice enough to decorate our fireplace with lava rock and glass free of charge. Our fireplace looks and works better than ever!"

"Very nice gentleman who knows everything about installing a gas log. Explained how to put it into service, and got it working before he left. Very clean work area (fireplaces are not normally really clean) and always took his shoes off before entering my residence. I would recommend him highly, and refer him to anyone who needs maintenance or wants to install a gas log in his/her fireplace."

"The crew was a bit sloppy when Joe wasn't around, but he had them return to re-do a few places and clean off areas where the concrete/mortar should not have been placed. There wasn't anything than couldn't be fixed."

"My gas stove continuously kept clicking and we couldn't turn it off. We unplugged the stove and called appliance fix. They came out the same day and surprisingly the problem was not occurring anymore when they plugged the stove back on. He said he could replace the burner but his hunch was that water had dripped on the burner and had caused the problem. He told me next time to just unplug, clean the burner and then turn on. He was fare and didn't automatically offer to replace burner. I did have to pay $75 fee for them to come out. I will use this company again.

"We had a small job but I was very pleased with the service outcome as I had an overall pleasant experience from initial contact to completion of the install. Solid Stone Fabricators rep contacted me in a timely fashion reqarding my emailed inquiry via Angie's List where I included a picture of cabinet needing counter and provided measurements and they were able to give me an estimate via phone and email based on the info I provided which I appreciated instead of wasting my time to come out first.
Gerardo who was my contact person was very easy to work with and very responsive to follow-up questions before the install. There was an error that was made by the guys during the install but Gerardo ensured that it was rectified and in a timely fashion as well, pain free which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and will use them in the future.
