Performed all of the necessary demolition (removed old bushes/plants, decayed fences, loose stone retaining wall) over the first couple days. When unforeseen overages occurred, such as repaired rotten wood on the house so the deck couple be attached or shifting and already installed section of the fence based on neighbor request, he was more then willing to swallow the costs and keep everyone happy. There was a delay of a few weeks to get the gates installed on the fences and deck but that was due to issues with the fabricator and not this contractor. Left me with the wood I wanted and stacked it neatly where I wanted. My neighbor had a dead tree in his yard and they took care of him while they were here. I would definitely use him again."
