"Where do I begin...I cannot thank Mr. Thomas enough for what I feel was and continues to be white glove service that he extended to me as I began my wood stove installation project. I would say that I went into buyers remorse mode at least twice after I approved the estimate that he provided. He PATIENTLY addressed all of my questions and allayed all of my concerns as I HAD to go through my decision-making process for what was a big-ticket purchase for me. His professionalism and his excellent communication style were of paramount importance to my overall comfort to move forward with the project. His staff were very friendly, professional, and wonderful. After the wood stove was installed, my family room floor and hearth were very clean. Whats more, the power washing that I had requested made my bricks look brand new! "Wow! Amazing service. I must've called 8 different places in a panic trying to get the brick mounts which hold the mantel removed from my old fireplace so the surface could be prepped for a new TV. Seemed like an easy task (I thought), but it was a little more meticulous than I thought. I called this team and they arrived same day! Incredible customer service and expertise. Not only did they return the day after providing an estimate and remove the brick mounts, they actually re-fabricated the brick to make the holes disappear! This team knows their stuff!! I was so impressed that in the Spring I'd like them to come and do some masonry work for me. Highly recommend. They really are committed to doing good work and meeting the needs of their customer Special thanks for seeing to my issue before my TV install. We are ready for the Superbowl!!"
