They had to join the floors of two rooms to a hallway by splicing new pieces of hardwood in because previous owners moved walls and just carpeted over the entire upstairs afterward. We hired them to splice in the threshold areas, and also remove the carpet that went down the stairs and refinish it all. They were fabulous, extremely nice to work with, super clean. We literally had no dust to speak of afterward. Great guys - we recommend them wholeheartedly!"

Negatives: The flooring installer damaged my antique baby grand piano and nicked paint off the wall moving furniture. The carpet installer put a hole in my wall moving something. Neither mentioned it to me; I found the damage while cleaning up. Spoke with 2 different people regarding this and have yet to see any resolution."

"We had our master bathroom remodeled. Three walls and the floor in the walk-in shower needed to be demoed. New concrete board was installed on three walls, the shower pan needed to be reconstructed and a new drain put in. New ceramic and mosaic tile was installed. We also had the vinyl flooring in the bathroom replaced with ceramic tile. The shower doors and toilet had to be removed and reinstalled when the tile work was completed. Joe's work is excellent. He clearly takes pride in what he does. He notified us every day by text message when he was on his way over and always cleaned up before he left.
