They were punctual, efficient, and their craftsmanship was outstanding. Javier and his team were friendly and respectful. They came in and removed the old engineered wood and carpet and did so quickly and began the installation the next day. We had to stagger the install of the stairs because the materials for the stairs did not arrive until the next week. He was accommodating of the delay with no problems. "David, Kyle and Orlando are the Dynamic Trio! They conquered this flooring job quickly, on time, and with such excellent service! I felt like I had 3 Thors in the house! Every day the progress was incredible... they took out their magic hammers... boom... I had flooring! They were very respectful of our new home, they showed up everyday on time and early and just knocked it out like the flooring animals that they are! They started on Monday and were finished by Friday before 1 pm! They did approx 2000 square feet of bamboo flooring all throughout our house, that's how fast they were without skimping on the details! Absolutely love these guys and our floors! Already showed my neighbors our floors and all the other contractors that have come out to do work on our house. Anyone who has seen our floors says, "wow, your floors are awesome who did it?" "WOW! Scott is a 10+++ in my book! From estimate to completion he is a first rate guy and I would highly recommend you call him first for any flooring maintenance needs you have. He is timely, considerate, very reasonably priced, very professional and most of all his work and work ethic is above and beyond! We just purchased a home and the hardwood floors were abnormally shiny. When other companies told us we needed to re-finish the floors for ten's of thousand of dollars, Scott explained and showed us how the floors were just a victim to an over application of Bona Hardwood Floor Polish.  He said he could clean them back to their original glory and he did! Our floors look brand new and Scott and his crew did it for almost  1/10th the price other companies wanted to charge us. We have almost 5,000 sq feet of flooring that Scott worked on for 2 days. Yesterday he and his crew were there for almost 11 hours working diligently; they were committed to getting the job done! They even threw in my balcony. At the end of the day he and his crew were just as kind and pleasant as they were when starting the job! They worked so hard. We have already talked to him about coming back and taking care of the discolored tile in our courtyard. Wish all contractors and service people ran their business like Scott does!
