The salesman on the other hand, though friendly and efficient when he came to our house, left out the fact that the quarter round would not be varnished to match the molding and the floor . This leaves us with more work to do and therefore further expenses. We felt that this should have been included. Also, communication on the part of the salesman was lacking. He didn't leave a business card with us, and didn't call us to give us a heads up as to when the pros would be arriving. I had to call Customer service myself. And then, when I called, I got an answering machine 3 times. But the pros seemed to do a good job!"

My floors look beautiful, I got a hardened wood composite. The contractor that sold us the flooring told us it would be a week maybe a week and a half. This crew got it done in 4 days! They had to demolish my old wooden floors too. They are so pretty, it makes the space look so much larger and brighter. Thanks VMV. You guys rock."
