"We had vinyl flooring installed throughout our house. The crew removed the old carpet, baseboards and some tile. They installed new baseboard and flooring. Javier's crew did a FANTASTIC JOB! The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. They installed flooring in another house that we had and because they do GREAT work we had them do our house. I HIGHLY recommend Monteros Hardwood Flooring."

There was water damage, dry rot and missing wood planks. They did a great job at blending in the new wood with the old wood. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly crew. The floors look beautiful! The job took 3 days total including two coats of oil-based polyeurthane. Once the work was completed I had to wait a total of 48 hours before I could move my furniture back in (24 hours for the oil-based polyeurthane to dry and another 24 hours for it to cure). The smell of the top coat is very strong for the first 2-3 days as expected due to it being oil-based and not water-based. I chose a semi-gloss finish, no staining necessary. The type of wood we had to purchase to match my old floors was very expensive, but blended in nicely."

He is bery knowledgeable of flooring types and installation methods. I have an older (1927) home so some of the challenges that arose, Mr. Larry was able to address and solve with no problem. Larry and his team made sure to keep the construction debris confined to the construction zone. They cleaned and organized the area before they left each day.
