"am really reluctant to normally give recommendations in case something didn't work out for someone else but the service, quality and cost was so outstanding with Carpet Pros I just felt I needed to write a review. I got a number of bids before proceeding and Carpet Pros had the best price. Mike came out to measure immediately and then gave me an estimate verbally and in writing spelling out all the details. He left nothing to chance and made everything clear to avoid misunderstandings. He gave me over 5 references which I called . All the references were excellent and their company, family owned for over 54 years, does everything from simple jobs like a mobile unit to high end homes. HIs bid included the cost of moving my furniture, taking the toilet in and out, and of course, taking out the carpet, trashing it, and installing my vinyl laminate flooring. He brought the samples for me to see and gave me suggestions as to what would work. He tried to save me money by suggesting I not replace the quarter inch round molding which I eventually did anyway, also at a fair price. His brother, Tim, and an employee, Sean, laid the floor. They came when they said. They got to my job within 2 weeks of the bid. They were punctual, professional, and worked quickly to get it all done. They were careful with all my possessions, and since I live in an HOA communmity were careful with where they parked so my neighbors were pleased. I am so happy with my new floor. It is like I have a brand new house. The quality of this company and the way they conduct business is so remarkable. I wish all businesses worked so well."

"TPA Hardwood flooring provided excellent service and workmanship. Working with Eddie was a true pleasure. He knows his craft , his work is outstanding. My hardwood floors are absolutely gorgeous."

"I am so happy with the flooring and the two gentlemen who were here, Ed and John were excellent. They checked with me during the install to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. They scribed the flooring so that it fit perfectly around my large fireplace. I would definitely recommend Checkpoint Flooring Solutions and Ed and John to anyone. It was a large job tearing out carpet and other vinyl planking with a lot of furniture to contend with."

"Our business hired Perfect Choice to install VCT for us. A week prior to move in, we discovered the current carpet could not be cleaned and we would need new carpet for the whole suite. Marcia and Jim were both very accommodating and made it happen for us on short notice. Their crew came after hours to get the job done. Every interaction we had with every employee was both pleasant and professional. We will definitely be using perfect choice for all of our flooring needs in the future and recommend them to everyone!"

"My wife and I finally decided to get rid of our carpet on our stairs, living room, kitchen, pantry, foyer, etc. After researching several flooring company we chose to go with Refloor and we couldn't be more happier with our choice. Jaden came to our home and explained how their whole process worked from start to finish. Jaden was kind, professional, and eager to help get us through the process. We had a pricing issue and spoke to Deon Baldwin and he quickly made us comfortable by accommodating our concerns immediately. Our coordinator Janie also stepped in and accommodated our concerns as well and sealed the deal on our flooring project. Janie called me every morning and every afternoon to assure that my wife and I were happy with the process. We had Brandon, Sean, and Donnie to do our floors and these gentlemen did some amazing work. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the transformation these floors gave our home. Thank you Refloor for a job well done. 5 star work!!!!!"
