"The contractors that Francis Moore hired provided great work. The tearout group was fast and efficient. The install guy was very good. The price was changed after the work began. He called it a miscommunication. I did not appreciate it. The start time also changed a couple times when subs no showed the first scheduled day. Overall, the floors are great."

"I needed a service (removal of all-weather carpeting GLUED to cement) which Marco at Tucson Carpet Repair & Cleaning was not prepared to do. He was kind enough to recommend another craftsman for the job - Marco totally went out of his way to help....Thanx Marco...."

"The man who came, cleaned out the back of the refrigerator. He was even kind enough to let me clean the floor when he moved the refrigerator out. When he got done, my refrigerator purred. He was wonderful. I also liked the fact that I sent in my request online on a Sunday and my refrigerator was fixed before noon on Monday. My first call with this company and I am very very pleased."
