"I called Norman to clean some carpets in a rental townhouse that had been occupied for 3 years by tenants that had a dog. While the carpets were quite dirty, his team made them excellent again. Norman was polite on the phone, easy to work with, and responsive. After their initial visit, I noticed a couple of minor little stains, and he had no problem at all scheduling a return visit and making it right. There are so many carpet cleaners in town, the fact that these guys stand behind their work and do what's right is what will keep me calling them back for other rental properties!"

"My floors were in terrible shape. Mr. Trujillo and his son overall did a good job. I have issues with several things. 1) The quarter round had stains everywhere. When I asked Mr. Trujilllo if he was going to fix it he declined and said just get white paint. 2) He didn't do a great job of cleaning the floor before restaining and sealing. There are many places where there are bubbles, hair and sloppy stain work. 3) When moving the furniture back into the house, he and his sone left huge scratches on the floor. Overall it is good work but the attention to detail not quite what it should have been, They also came unannounced early in the morning when I was not expecting them."
