Tao was very detailed in explaining what his crew would do, the sequencing of the coats of poly and how long before the floors could be walked on. He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. Wow, I am so impressed with the attention to detail, such as perfect flush cuts around door frames and molding. The job was over two months ago and we continue to notice the quality. He was very responsive, and after we discovered the original flooring wasn’t in as good condition as we thought, he explained my options. Cliff honestly told me most people would opt to just re-carpet, or he could patch and refinish but I most likely wouldn’t be happy with the results. I opted to totally redo the rooms with new wood. My favorite part was working with Joseph and how communicative he was through the whole process. He constantly updated me with photos as the project continued and was transparent throughout.
