"I was very satisfied and happy with the tile work that was done in my bathrooms. He worked with precision and was very knowledgeable in the tile installation. And the seat he built in my shower. He was punctual and worked continuously throughout the day and when the jobs were completed the work areas were left very neat and clean. I was very satisfied with his work and would definitely recommend 3rd generation tile."

"Nice fit on our floor. Looks great. Did run out of materials due to appliances not being accounted for. Installer should pick up all their excess material in a timely manner. The reseller's demonstration of products was excellent!"

"Mr. John did a impeccable job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will be working with him again."

"Not happy with the work completed. Retired the shower floor. Tiles were crooked!"

"Everything went smoothly. We were on a time crunch, and had to change the installation date to the weekend. Austin was our guy and he was always on top of things and was in contact with us. They didn’t have the transition pieces available on the dates the installers showed up but he said it was not a problem for them to do the flooring first, and transitions a couple days later. Normally that wouldn’t be a big deal but we live in a rural area, far away from their company so it’s a pain to get out here! The flooring looks and feels awesome. I don’t remember what it’s called but it’s an innovative, durable, lifetime guaranteed type of flooring. Most expensive, but worth the price since we have 2 dogs and 2 cats."

"When we bought our house, we immediately wanted to do a full remodel to change pretty much everything. Something that I didn't like at all was the wood floor it had. They looked like they had not been touched in years , all scratched and worn. My husband and I started to look for a professional company to do the job. We came across Martinez Wood Floors because they were working on the neighborhood, so we asked them for a card, did some research online, and gave them a call. Professionals from head to toe, they arrived the day of the estimate. They told us that the floor we had was very good quality and that they could restore its beauty with a process, so we didn't have to change the entire floor. Save a lot of money there. To be honest, I was not convinced at the beginning because I wanted another color, but I agreed. The process was incredible fast and clean. Took about a week to have them done. I do not not anything about the middle, but floors came out fruitful. I never thought they could look like that. Amazing, I just love them so much now. We are in love with our wood floors, and thanks to this company we saved money and have the floor of our dreams. Forever grateful, happy customers."

"We have had several contracted companies do work at our house and Langford Floor has been by far the most professional to deal with. They seem to really care about their work and if something didn t look right they would work on it until it did. I would definitely hire them again."
