"Outstanding experience!!! From the initial contact to the finished service. I request a carpet stretch and was told based on the state of the carpet that a stretch would not be advisable because they could not guarantee it would not buckle right away. I really appreciated their honesty. Lost service but they gained a customer forever! They went away and cleaned my carpet and it looked brand new. If you desire a company that is fair, honest, thorough, professional, and skilled - A Step Above should be your choice!"

"He was very responsive and professional. He fixed my carpet to the best of his ability with the little bit of extra carpeting that I had. I would definitely use him again"

"We were looking to replace carpet in 4 rooms. We requested a flooring product to match the rest of our home, which thankfully, Scott was able to purchase for us. When Scott and team came to do the install they realized there was no pad on the back of our boards. Scott went to purchase what we needed. He stayed well below our budget and met our request for a quieter option. We were originally told the project would take 2 days, but they finished in one. We are so pleased with the results! The hard floors are just as quiet as the carpeted ones were. The new floors look amazing. The transitions are perfect. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank. you Scott and team! I would highly recommend."

"I was pleased. My bathroom floor was sinking & there was a sense of urgency. Jayme was quick to respond. I had a new floor within 10 hours. I highly recommend Expansive Flooring Solutions."

"They were prompt, courteous and professional. Offered a much wider range of choices in laminate flooring compared to the 'big box' home improvement companies. Our new kitchen floor and entryway really 'pop' now. My wife and I will probably call them back to install new living room and hallway carpet without getting a competitive bid."

"Kathy the owner manager worked with us for approximately 2 months in preparing for the repair job. We had problems with laminate flooring due to a dishwasher leak from a newly remodeled kitchen. It took a while to get the company to be responsible for the leak due to a plumber error that the company contracted with. We did not get the finances resolved and just went on to repair the floor. Kathy scheduled us for July and was able to come out on June 17, 2020. The repair did not take long and it looks fantastic. Kathy has excellent customer service and her contractor was superb. If I ever need any flooring again; I will call Carpet Ladies. This company is the very best company that we have worked with during our entire interior house remodeling. I would recommend her to anyone. She personally checked the work when it was finished the same day."

"Josh Byrd, (owner of Footprints Floors) , is top notch and a pleasure to work with. I had a large project of hardwood installation and repair, including pulling carpet from staircase and installing hardwood. He was an excellent communicator, and used very qualified staff. The customer service and quality of the work was exceptional, and we highly recommend them to other customers!!"
