"Frank and his team did a superb job in installing floor carpeting the team was professional and very accommodating removing the old carpet and vacuuming and mess-free. I strongly recommend high-quality flooring to anyone searching for their services."

"We had our family room carpet removed and wanted to have the existing hardwood refinished. We had trouble getting someone to come out and give us an estimate because most thought of it as a "small job". Not Marius...came right out and gave us a great price. When the carpet was removed, they found too much damaged wood and dark wood plugs, so reworked our quote and they put new wood flooring in. The work is impeccable! Marius' team is respectful and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Marius and his team for ANY flooring needs!"

"This is a follow up to my earlier review when Adrian refinished half of my first floor and put in new flooring and matched the stain for the balance of the floor in the Fall of 2020. I wanted to replace the carpet on the second floor with carpet but Adrian did such a fabulous job for the first floor that my wife wanted to see if it made sense to go with hard wood again. My biggest concern was the time and the dust as we continued living in the house. Adrian had already addressed the concern about dust when he redid the first floor and I was amazed with the little amount of dust his super high end machines emitted. He promised me to try and get the job done in a week. Needless to say, he delivered with flying colors. I have already detailed my experience with him in my earlier review (he is a “craftsman” who takes pride in his work and doesn’t try to cut corners). He doubled up the crew the first couple of days to remove the carpet, the prep and installing new wood and finished the job in under a week. The floor looks fabulous. Thank you Adrian, for your professionalism and workmanship!"

"If you need to have carpeting stretched, VIO flooring, specifically Oscar Flores ,is the company to do the job. He and his dad did a beautiful job making my carpeting look like new. They checked in on route to my home and cleaned up afterward. I am grateful that VIO flooring did such a great job!"

"Mitchell came in and inspected my floor. He told me exactly what job they where going to on my floor. He explained everything thoroughly to me. He was also very helpful in helping me pick a color. He was very professional and very personable. I felt comfortable going ahead with the project."

"Prompt service, Excellent workmanship and no mess. i'm very pleased with General Flooring and wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

"Absolutely exceptional! We use them for all of our flooring needs both professionally, and personally!"

"Very nice and professional, great communication. I needed carpet removed and floors installed in the upstairs of my home, 3 bedrooms and an hall. They explained what needed to be done and the associated cost. They were able to match the new floors with what I already have downstairs. Everything looks great! Work was done in 4 days! Would definitely recommend."

"Excellent work. Removed carpet and refinished wood floor that was under carpet. Refinished wood floor in dining area. All completed in one day as promised. Great communication and professional."

"I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"
