"All around excellent experience. We visited Best Hardwood Flooring's store while shopping around to find the right flooring for our home (and we visited several stores). Their sample selection was very impressive, by far the best of all the stores we visited. Yaqueline was very attentive and helpful during that first visit, and provided us with several samples to take home and consider. Once we had made our decision on a product, we went over pricing, and found that they offered the best price for the flooring product we had selected, which was a higher-end Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring (and we did check around on that pricing..). Jaqueline then arranged for Caesar to come out and take measurements at our home, and provided us with a few quotes covering some options ranging from Best doing all of the work, to quotes resulting in a reduction in some of the costs by performing a portion of the preliminary preparation work ourselves, which I had requested of her and found to be very helpful. Once we made our decision to go with Best and had them place the materials orders, they provided us with a schedule for the job, and an estimated duration before completion. The job was then booked per our scheduling preference. On the scheduled day, Mario and Juan showed up on time to begin the job. They were very courteous and went over the details of the job with us such as what area of the house they would begin installing the floor, how it would be installed, and asked us what our preferences were for orientation of the plank or offered suggestions whenever applicable as the job progressed. They even took the time to sand the subfloor where there were even any slight edges to ensure it was a smooth level base for the new flooring planks. They arrived on time each day, and actually completed the job ahead of the projected duration originally provided. These gentlemen did an outstanding, VERY PROFESSIONAL job! We could not be happier with the result of their workmanship, and we are absolutely delighted with our new flooring! We would not hesitate to recommend this provider, and will definitely return to them for any additional needs going forward. Very pleased."

"The showroom - Was treated very well and shown a good selection of flooring. I chose and the flooring was scheduled for about two weeks later. The installers - The three installers showed up on time and did an excellent job, matching the height of the flooring chosen for the bedrooms perfectly to the height of the tile in the hallway. They were easy to work with, listened to what I had to say on how I wanted the rooms to look. Yes I would hire them again."

"I was told by Quality Floors 4 Less that I had to replace the carpet in the entire room ($2000 quote) after dye was spilled on it and the dogs tracked it around. The Carpet Doctor repaired it for less than 20% of that price! Great workmanship too! Thank you Dan."

"You will not find a better skilled, more conscientious installer with a caring and professional crew in Washoe valley than Richard Romero, the owner of All About Floors. Our removal of old carpet and the install of luxury vinyl flooring required some fixes to our home that his seasoned experience made look effortless. No. Scrambling to find tools, no running out for supplies. He and his team showed up at our home fully equipped and well organized. If you want a well-done, professional, and a fair priced job done that will leave behind no mess or drama, then All About Floors is who I would recommend to our best family friends and to whomever is reading this review. I would be giving six stars if there was such a rating available."

"We needed an outdoor carpet to be glued to an existing wood deck. Ricardo answered my request and said he could do it. He was able to do it within a week of the request and even worked with us on pricing, which was much appreciated. He made suggested putting bullnose edging around the carpet, which was not on the original carpet but should have been. He did a wonderful job. Because of the size of the carpet, he had to seam it together and the seam is not even visible. Will definitely use him again on other projects."

"Instead of replacing the part of the carpet that was ruined, I replaced it with stone flooring. Beautiful job"

"I would not hesitate in recommending My Flooring. From the start the customer service was above par. I was not rushed at any point, even when taking time to select carpet. I was handled patiently, and when I was ready to get the carpet the process was timely and without glitch."

"I am very happy with the service provided. John not only replaced the carpet and padding but also treated the wood below to elimate the urine odor coming from it. John also disposed of the rank carpet for us. Will definately recommend and use again.
