"Out of three hardwood flooring contractors Bel Floors was the only one that was confident they could splice my hardwood floors together after a major renovation that removed several walls to create an open floor plan. The issue was the board lines between rooms did not match. Further complicating things was the foyer with board lines running askew needed to join three other rooms. One of the other two contractors said it could not be done without removing most of the old floors and the other was very uncomfortable with the job. Eddie with Bel Floors spent several minutes measuring and pulling lines then confidently said they could do it. They aced the job. There is no visible distinction between old and new. All the board lines appear straight and uniform. All the flooring in my home looks as if it was installed at the same time. The view in the photo shows new and old flooring spliced together where the foyer joined the dining room, kitchen and breakfast room. This is in the most prominent area of the home and my wife and I could not be happier. The job also included new hardwoods in a master suite and another difficult job to sand and change the stain of engineered hardwood flooring in one room to match the flooring in the rest of the home. Bel Floors was not the least expensive estimate, but I think we actually saved money by not pulling out large portions of existing flooring or having the redo a botched job."

"Jose and his son s did an excellent job sanding and refinishing the floor in my home. Jose came and told me what he would do, how long it would take, and gave me a price that seemed fair for the amount of work needed. They showed up promptly each day and got right to work. Jose has the right equipment, as his sanding machine captured most of the dust, and was 1000 times better than the last company we hired to do this job 10 years ago. He and his sons moved our furniture before and after the job was finished, and had patience with us until it was replaced just right. We have pine floors, and we used to have 3 big dogs. All the deep scratches by the doors and windows from excited labradors are totally gone! The floors look beautiful, and the room is much lighter with the 3 coats of clear finish!
